Who we are

Times Tables is provided by CODEGOOD LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales, number 09252467. Our registered office is Belmont Suite, Paragon Business Park, Chorley New Road, Horwich, Bolton, BL6 6HG. You can reach us at lloyd@codegood.co.

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you create an account. Our privacy page explains what we do with your information.

Who can have an account

Accounts are for adults aged 18 or over. You must be the parent or guardian of the children you set up, or have their parent or guardian's permission. Children use Times Tables through your account and don't have accounts of their own.

You're responsible for the devices you set up. A link for a child's device, or for a device your children share, opens their practice on that device. Keep those links within your family.

What you get

Times Tables gives each child spaced practice of the times tables up to 12 × 12, and then division. A parent page shows how they're getting on. Each subscription covers up to 3 children.

Practice is designed to help children keep what they learn, but we can't promise a particular result for any child.

Price and payment

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing page, reached through Manage billing on your family page. Your children keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

If you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment, email us and we'll refund that payment in full. Outside those 14 days, we don't refund part-used months or years, except where the law says we must.

Cancelling doesn't delete your children's progress, so they can pick up where they left off if you come back. To have it deleted, email us; the privacy page explains how long that takes.

Using it fairly

Please don't share access outside your family. Don't try to reach anyone else's information, interfere with how the service runs, or copy or resell it. If you do, we may suspend or close your account. Unless the problem is serious, we'll tell you first and give you the chance to fix it.

If something goes wrong

We work to keep Times Tables running and your children's progress safe, and the app keeps working offline. We can't promise it will never be unavailable, and we may change or improve how it works. If we ever stop providing it, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any period you've paid for but won't get.

If something we do causes you a loss we could have foreseen, we're responsible for it. We're not responsible for losses we couldn't have foreseen, or for business losses. Outside those cases, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you've paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Your legal rights as a consumer aren't affected.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change applies. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.

Complaints and the law

If you have a complaint, email lloyd@codegood.co and we'll try to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
